The Meeting RoomThe Meeting RoomThe Meeting RoomThe Meeting Room is ideal for lectures, conferences or receptions. The seating can be arranged for up to 60 people in theater or café’ style. Amenities include a large drop down screen, LCD projector, podium with microphone & AV for films (DVD or VCR) or computer presentations. WiFi and dry erase board available upon request.

Rental Rates
$80 per hour or $480 for full day over 6 hours

Notes and Additional Fees
Rental includes the use of the podium/mic and phone access (local service only). There is a flat $75 AV fee for use of the sound system, LCD, DVD, VCR, or laptop connection. Renters must provide their own laptop.
Wifi Access is available for a flat $5 fee.
