Join us for our second FREE simul with GM-in-Residence Sam Shankland at UN Plaza!
Sam will be holding a 24-board simul and afterwards will do a Q+A and meet and greet with fans.
19 boards will be available for registration, and the remainder will be onsite signups!
Please note that the start time has been moved from 10:30 am to 10:00 am.
Our simul will begin at 10 am sharp. Players who arrive later than 10:15am will not be able to participate so please plan on arriving early.
Sam has a tight timing window, but will likely have time to stick around for photos and a Q and A once the games are complete.

Tournament Rules
Sick Policy:
The Mechanics' Institute Chess Club asks that any player who is feeling unwell withdraw from the tournament to help protect the health of others. The club reserves the right to deny entry to players who appear visibly ill. Players who withdraw due to illness before the start of the tournament will receive a full refund as a credit to their Jumbula account.
