Cherry Orchard
by Anton Chekov

Wednesday, March 18, 2020 - 6:30pm to 7:45pm

A member of the old aristocracy, Madame Lyubov Andreievna Ranevskaya, has fallen on hard times and must decide what to do with the cherry orchard she can no longer afford to operate. The Cherry Orchard is Chekhov's comedy about the end of serfdom in Russia. Join the World Literature Book Group to discuss the last play from one of the world's masters of drama.

World Literature meets on the first and third Wednesdays of the month (excluding holidays). All MI members are welcome to drop in to these meetings.
