Are you overwhelmed by the pandemic, worrying about yourself and your family and friend’s safety? Are you confused by all the information out there, not sure where to find trustworthy resources? Do you feel sad and trapped at home, having low energy, eating, and sleeping poorly?  Discover how to bring fun and joy to life during quarantine in this informative talk with Dr. Ge. In this talk, you’ll learn: How to stay healthy and strong by doing these things at home? Where to find trusted information about COVID-19? What’s the fastest way to beat stress and anxiety during quarantine? How to find creative ways to fulfill your bucket list while staying home? How to relive the magical moments of your life and help others at the same time?

Dr. Ivy Ge is a member of the Mechanics' Institute and an assistant professor at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). She has been working in the Intensive Care Unit at Kaiser Permanente since the start of the pandemic. She can answer your questions and concerns about COVID-19 treatment recommendations, vaccine development, and related issues. She also compiled a list of free resources to help you relieve mental and physical stress and maintain optimal health at home. Learn more about her at or email her at [email protected].
