Surf Smarter
Protect Your Online Privacy

Have you noticed after you've been searching for information on the web, that ads mirroring your search begin to pop up and follow you around? You and your browsing history are a source of behavioral information and is being shared with third parties. Learn to fight back and opt-out by taking the Surf Smarter class. You'll learn to use tools and tactics, including ways to protect your data and, ultimately, your privacy.

Join fellow members for a short presentation on how to protect your privacy on the web, followed by a question and answer session with librarian, Myles Cooper.

This class takes place on Zoom. Register by using the Eventbrite window below.
