The Writers Lunch: Read Like a Writer
moderated by Rick Homan

Stephen King says the Great Commandment for writers is "Read a lot and write a lot." How much is a lot? What do you look for when you read a book like the one you want to write? How do you keep track of what you've learned from what you've read? At this month's Writers' Lunch, members of the Mechanics Institute and visitors from across the country will "Zoom in" and their reading habits. Join us, share and learn.

At this event moderated by Rick Homan, join panelists Benjamin SchneiderMichelle Zaffino, and Al Luongo who will "Zoom in" and share their methods. Join the members of the Mechanics Institute and visitors from across the country as we share, and learn from each other. Join us!

Rick Homan writes murder mysteries and suspense novels. His Nicole Tang Noonan mysteries are set on a college campus in rural Ohio and in San Francisco, Nicole's home town. Prior to taking up the craft of crime fiction, Rick performed as an actor and guitarist. Find out more at www.rickhoman.com.
