ZYZZYVA Winter 2020 Issue Celebration

On the eve of its 35th anniversary, ZYZZYVA dedicates its most recent issue to the region it has called home since 1985. Join the editors of ZYZZYVA and some of its contributors from the Bay Area Issue for a night of short readings and celebration. Featuring W.S. Di Piero, Gloria Frym, Michael Sears, and Luiza Flynn-Goodlett.

W.S. Di Piero's most recent poetry collection is "The Complaints" (Carnegie Mellon) and his most recent book of prose is "Mickey Rourke and the Bluebird of Happiness: A Poet's Notebook" (Carnegie Mellon).

Luiza Flynn-Goodlett is editor-in-chief of Foglifter Press. Her most recent chapbook is "Twice Shy" (Nomadic Press).

Gloria Frym is a professor in the Writing & Literature Program at California College of the Arts. Her most recent book is "The True Patriot" (Spuyten Duyvil).

Michael Sears lives in Los Altos. His story in the Bay Area Issue, "Channel 4," marks his first fiction in print.
