Office Spaces

Mechanics’ Institute, a 170+ year old San Francisco landmark, houses our historic library, chess club, and events department. In addition, Mechanics’ Institute is also home to many writers, non-profits, cultural organizations, and small businesses.

Office leases include basic utilities, janitorial services, lobby attendant, on-site management, and membership to Mechanics’ Institute.  Single offices range in size from approximately 200-275 sq. ft. Larger suites are also available.
