Please join us for a special event to honor the memory Kevin Starr. Starr was an American historian and California's State Librarian, best known for his multi-volume series on the history of California, collectively called Americans and the California Dream. The program is co-presented by the San Francisco Museum and Historical Society, the University of San Francisco, and the Mechanics’ Institute. The program will feature speakers who worked closely with Starr and learned from his extensive writings on California history.

A light lunch will be provided.
